Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oreo biscuit 1small packet
  2. For icecream- milk 1/2liter
  3. Sugar 7-8sp
  4. Cornflour 2-3tbsp
  5. Cmc powder pinch of
  6. Gms powder 1tbsp
  7. Vanila/chocolate essence 1/4sp
  8. Freash cream 1/2cup


  1. Firstly we prepare the vanilla icecream so put the milk in pan on flame and 1/2 cup normal milk keep aside.
  2. Now remain 1/2cup milk add cornflour ,GMS and cmc powder mix well.
  3. When milk get start to boil add cup milk paste and mix well.
  4. When 2nd boil get start add sugar and mix well after 3-5min switch of the flame . Keep the milk side for get room temperature.
  5. Now when milk is normal cool down put in air tight about 6 hour(overnight).
  6. Oreo biscuit crush with rolling pin.
  7. Now icecream base is ready. Scoop out the icecream base and put in mixing bowl now beat the icecream with beater about 5-10min icecream get start to light and fluffy.
  8. Now add fresh cream and beat again add vanilla essence/chocolate essence(as ur kids like) beat it 4-5min. More.
  9. Now add crushed Oreo biscuit in icecream and mix well some biscuit crush keep aside.
  10. Now take a kulfi mold put some crush in base pour icecream mixture lastly put some more biscuit crush on top cover with ciling wrap prick the icecream stick in center.
  11. Keep in freezer about 5-6hour.
  12. After freezing tym ready yummylicous icecream for lovely kids.
