ABOUT Mango Mousse RECIPE

Delicious Dessert Recipe.. very easy , perfect for Kitty party or small get together.

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. Whip cream 2 cups
  2. Mango puree 1 cup
  3. Mango puree 1/4 cup ( for decoration)
  4. Mixed chopped nuts 2 tbsp
  5. White chocolate 60 gm
  6. Amul fresh cream 60 gm
  7. Butter 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Whipped the cream till it gets stiff peak.
  2. Add mango puree and mixed it with spatula by cut and fold method.
  3. In separate bowl chopped white chocolate, add buttur and amul fresh cream.
  4. Keep on medium flame untill Chocolate melt.
  5. Switched off the gas and stir it for 2-3 Minutes.
  6. Add in whipped cream.
  7. Mixed properly.
  8. Now take piping bag, fill it with mousse and pipe in desire shaped glasses.
  9. Decorate with chopped nuts and with mango puree.
  10. Keep in deep freezer for 1/2 and serve chilled.
