Easy to make yummy dessert. It's instant ,made with yeast as one of the ingredient.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 1/2 cup maida.
  2. 2 tbsp semolina.
  3. 1 tbsp corn flour.
  4. 3 tesp melted ghee.
  5. 1 1/2 tesp yeast.
  6. 3 tbsp warm water.
  7. 11/2 tesp sugar.
  8. 1 tesp lemon juice.
  9. 4 drops edible orange colour gel.
  10. Water to make the batter.
  11. Oil or ghee to fry.
  12. Syrup: 2 cups sugar,1 cup water,1 tesp lemon juice,1tesp cardamom powder,few strands of saffron.

Instructions

  1. Add yeast to the warm water and let bloom.
  2. In a bowl take all the ingredients needed for the batter and using water mix well without lumps,like dosa batter consistency.
  3. Set aside for half an hour.
  4. Make syrup out of the given ingredients,to 1 string consistency.
  5. Switch off the flame.
  6. Place oil or ghee in a pan at 1" level,on medium flame.
  7. Pour batter in a piping bag and cut the tip of the bag to 1mm.
  8. Pipe in a circular motion.
  9. Fry crisp ,drop in syrup ,let soak for a minute remove and serve hot.
