Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach leaves - 2 cup
  2. Milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  4. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped onion - 1 small size
  6. Finely chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
  7. Finely chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp
  8. Water - 3 cup
  9. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop spinach leaves.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan,add garlic and ginger and saute for few seconds.
  3. Now add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
  4. Add spinach and mix well.
  5. Take corn flour and add half cup of cold milk and mix well.
  6. Add in the spinach and mix well
  7. Also add salt,sugar and three cup of water and cook for five mins.
  8. Turn off the flame.
  9. Once cooled make a paste.
  10. Add black pepper and mix well.
  11. Serve hot.
