Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. papad one piece
  2. boil potato one piece
  3. curdle milk one cup
  4. Ginger slice half teaspoon
  5. whole cumine half teaspoon
  6. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Coriander powder half teaspoon
  8. Kashmiri red chilli powder half teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. green chilli slice one teaspoon
  11. coriander leaves 4 teaspoon
  12. fresh pomegranate seeds 2 teaspoon
  13. white oil 1 teaspoon
  14. sev bhujia 2 teaspoon


  1. cut the papad in middle portion to make it two equal portions
  2. cut the boil potato to make small pieces
  3. put white oil in a frying pan
  4. add cumin seeds and Ginger slices
  5. add coriander powder and Kashmiri red chilli powder
  6. add boil potato slices chat masala salt and sugar to taste
  7. add Cardle milk coriander leaves and green chilli slice mix altogether
  8. roast the papad on a frying pan
  9. make a cone shape with the roasted papad then put it on a glass
  10. put the mixture in the papad cone
  11. garnish with pomegranate seed and save bhujia
