Tadka Maggi

Ingredients to make Tadka Maggi

  • Maggi noodles packet 2
  • onion 1 chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 tomato. chopped
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • For Tadka
  • 1tsp Panch phoron
  • 2 dried red chilli
  • 1tsp Kasuri methi
  • coriander to Garnish
  • Grated paneer

How to make Tadka Maggi

  1. boil the noodles along with Maggi masala. Cook till most of the water evaporates
  2. in a pan heat oil. add onion, ginger garlic paste , sauté well. add capsicum
  3. add tomato. sauté well. add turmeric , red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and salt
  4. add the boiled noodles. mix well.
  5. keep cooking. in another pan heat oil. add the tadka ingredients and add to the noodles.
  6. mix well. serve hot. mix in the coriander
  7. garnish with grated paneer
