ABOUT Cauliflower fry. RECIPE

Cauliflower is such a versatile vegetable that can be experimented with. It is one of my favorite vegetables. Every kitchen as different ways of cooking cauliflower such as roasted, grilled, boiled, fried, steamed, pickled and some like to eat it raw. Some recipe of cauliflower is originated from chicken, So do mine. The day I get tired of having non-veg or seafood fries or just forget to take out the chicken on time from the freezer, I always cook veg fries especially cauliflower or okra. I usually like cauliflower fried, roasted and air fried. As I told you earlier every kitchen has its own way of cooking cauliflower fry. Mine is just marinating cauliflower florets in readymade Indian spices fry powder which is easily available in Indian stores.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cauliflower florets (3 cups)
  2. 3 tbsp teju Kabab masala
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 tsp drops of vinegar
  6. Water as needed
  7. 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Make a thick marinate adding 3 tbsp teju Kabab masala, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, Salt to taste, 1/4 tsp drops of vinegar, 2 tbsp of olive oil with little water as needed.
  2. Now add 1 cauliflower florets (3 cups) to marination and leave it for half an hour.
  3. Air fry marinated cauliflower at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes. You can also deep fry or grill it.
