Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup multigrain flour
  2. 1spoon oil
  3. 1tbsp salt
  4. 1cup chopped bell peppers
  5. 1cup paneer cubes
  6. 1/2cup grated carrot
  7. 1/2cup cheddar cheese
  8. 1cup boiled potatoes
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. 1/2cup corn
  11. 1/2cup chopped cabbage
  12. 1spoon caramelized onion chutney
  13. 1tbsp tomato sauce
  14. 1tsp white pepper

Instructions

  1. Take bowl add flour ,salt n oil crumble it .now add water n make soft dough keep aside for 10min.
  2. Take a pan add butter let it melt now add crushed ginger garlic.
  3. Now add veggie n paneer saute it 4-5min don't over cook.
  4. Add mashed potatoes,salt n ketchup now turn off gas n keep aside.
  5. Add cheese n caramelized onion chutney .
  6. Take small portion from dough n roll like chapati add olive oil.
  7. Let it cook 1-2 min from both sides.
  8. Take out stuff some mixture and roll it n again cook in low flame.4-5min.
  9. Until it become golden brown or crispy.
