ABOUT Barbie Cake RECIPE

It was my birthday day and what more can I bake other than a cute Barbie for myself..!!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Unsalted Butter 5 tbsp
  2. 250 gm Refined Flour
  3. 1 tsp Baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 250 gm Cups Sugar
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 1 tbsp Vanila Extract
  8. 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix together the dry portions.
  2. 2. Mix together the wet portions, provided you beat the sugar and butter until fluffy.
  3. 3. Make a well in the dry portion, and keep pouring the wet portion, by gently folding in the flour.
  4. 4. Preheat Oven to 250 deg.
  5. 5. Grease an appropriate oven safe baking dish and pour the cake batter.
  6. 6. Bake until the cakes are well baked for 25 to 30 minutes at the same 250 deg temp.
  7. 7. Allow the cake to get cooled.
  8. 8. Slice and peel away the centre portion.
  9. 9. Wrap a tiny barbie with a transparent plastic sheet and insert inside the cake.
  10. 10. Make an icing using the cream icing sugar and butter components until they are thick. Add in a miniature dollop of pink color.
  11. 11. Apply the pink icing on the cake until well covered..
  12. 12. The Barbie cake is ready
