Crunchy Crackers

Ingredients to make Crunchy Crackers

  • paneer 1 bowl
  • Processed cheese 1 small bowl
  • Chopped coriander leaves handful
  • tomato sauce 2 tsp
  • garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • masala wafers crushed 1 bowl
  • Makai Poha Chivda crushed for coating
  • maida slurry for coating
  • oil for frying
  • Green Chutney to serve with
  • Cheese slices cut in to small triangles for garnish

How to make Crunchy Crackers

  1. Mix above mentioned ingredients to make small balls(upto masala wafers).
  2. Dip in maida slurry and coat with makai chivda for crunchiness.
  3. Deep fry all balls.
  4. Drain them on tissue paper. Your cruchy Crackers are ready.
  5. Garnish crunchy crackers with cheese slice triangles.
  6. Put a drop of green chutney on it.
  7. Enjoy....
