Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For moong dal halwa
  2. Green gram one cup
  3. Ghee 6 tbsp
  4. Milk 3 cups
  5. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Nutmeg powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Raisins one teaspoon
  8. Almond 1 teaspoon
  9. For shahi tukda
  10. White bread slices 6 to 7
  11. Milkmaid one cup
  12. Shop almond one teaspoon


  1. Soak green gram for 3 to 4 hours
  2. Drain and Crusher green gram food processor coarsely
  3. heat 3 tbsp ghee in a non stick pans
  4. add crushed green gram and Saute for 1/2hr.
  5. Add milk stir to mix and cook till the milk reduces
  6. Take bread slices and cut out round from them using the medium size Cookie Cutter
  7. Heat remaining ghee in another non stick pan
  8. Place bread roubdeld on it and Shallow fry 3 evenly Golden from both the sides
  9. Add Milkmaid to Green Gram and mix well
  10. Are cardamom powder nutmeg powder raisins and chopped almond mix well
  11. cook till the mixture turns golden.
  12. place fried bread Roundels on serving dish and put a spoonful on Milkmaid on each
  13. Make quennels of cooked green gram mixture and place on each roundel.
  14. search immediately.
