About Pavbhaji pasta Recipe

My both kids favorite pasta and paavbhaji, so both demanded " mummy, pasta bnao mummy paav bhaji bnao" so i made pastapaavbhaji

Pavbhaji pasta

Ingredients to make Pavbhaji pasta

  • Paav bhaaji: Paav 1 packet
  • Cheese 1 cube
  • potato 2
  • cabbage 2 cup chopped
  • cauliflower 1 cup chopped
  • onion 2 chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • peas 1/2 cup
  • ginger garlic chilli paste 1 spoon
  • Paavbhaji masala 1-spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • butter 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Paste:
  • butter 2 spoon
  • oil 1 spoon
  • Maggi pasta 1/2 packet
  • Red mayonnaise 2 spoon
  • White mayonnaise 2 spoon
  • oil 2 spoon

How to make Pavbhaji pasta

  1. For bhaaji:
  2. Take all vegetable wash it and cut it
  3. Peel the potato ,in a pressure cooker add 1/2 cup water add chopped cabbage,cauliflower, potato and peas boil it
  4. Then in a mixer jar add chopped tomato, onion and make paste you can also use chopped
  5. Take a pan. add butter 2 spoon,2 spoon oil
  6. Saute onion and tomato 5 minute
  7. Add paste of chilli, garlic ,ginger
  8. Then add all masala ,turmeric, chili powder,salt and garam masala mix well.
  9. Mash vegetable with masher
  10. And add in the pan, mix well
  11. Take another pan ,add 3 cup water and boil it
  12. Add pasta ,oil and salt
  13. Then drain it
  14. In a pan ,add 2 spoon butter add pasta and add both mayonnaise mix well
  15. Add in the bhaaji
  16. Spread some cheese
  17. Serve hot
  18. Take a paav ,greased pan with butter and roasted it both side

My Tip:

You can also add pizza herbs
