Bread Cheese Roll

Ingredients to make Bread Cheese Roll

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • salt a pinch
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • For the stuffing:
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup cabbages
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 cup cheese
  • coriander leaves (chopped) 1/2 bunch
  • oil as required

How to make Bread Cheese Roll

  1. Roast bread slices on a pan.
  2. Clean and wash the mint leaves.
  3. Put bread, mint leaves, salt, pepper an blend in a mixer for a few seconds.
  4. Transfer in a dish and add milk. Make a soft dough and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  5. For the Stuffing:
  6. Finely chop all the ingredients.
  7. On a stove keep a pan and put some oil. Add onions, saute a little. Add all the vegetables and saute for a few minutes. Add salt, soya sauce, chilly sauce and saute it till it becomes dry. Keep aside.
  8. Add half of the cheese and coriander leaves and mix well.
  9. Take the dough on plastic sheet and roll softly with rolling pin.
  10. Put the stuffing on it and put the remaining cheese. Start rolling it and wrap in that sheet, keep in fridge for 5 minutes.
  11. Before serving remove from fridge, cut into desired shape. Fry in hot oil and serve.

My Tip:

You can shallow fry it as it will give it more taste.
