ABOUT Veggie hot dog RECIPE

Make these yummy veggie hot dogs for breakfast. Healthy and tasty for all ages,kids and adults.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 hot dog buns
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 cup chopped vegetables ( carrot,beans, capsicum,baby corn)
  4. 1 cup breadcrumbs+ more as required
  5. 1 onion
  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tbsp oil+ more as required
  8. Salt,to taste
  9. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  10. For the dip
  11. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  12. 2 tbsp hung curd
  13. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  14. 1 tsp chopped coriander
  15. For salad
  16. 1 onion
  17. 1 tomato
  18. 1 cucumber
  19. Salt,to taste
  20. Tomato sauce
  21. Yellow mustard sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
  3. Add Ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  4. Add all chopped vegetables and mix well.
  5. Add salt and cover and cook for 3-4 mins till soft
  6. Remove from flame and let cool.
  7. Add 1 cup bread crumbs,mashed potatoes,salt and garam masala powder and mix well.
  8. Divide this into 3 parts and make cylindrical shapes.
  9. Coat these with more bread crumbs.
  10. Hear oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown on all sides.
  11. Make a slit in the hot dog buns and put butter and heat them up too.
  12. Make a dip with mayonnaise,hung curd, chilli sauce and coriander leaves.
  13. Chop onion , tomato and cucumber and add salt to taste.
  14. Put some dip in centre of the hot dog buns.
  15. Put the veggie sausage in between each bun.
  16. Add some salad on top .
  17. Serve with tomato sauce and yellow mustard sauce.
