ABOUT Cripsy Fritters RECIPE

Its very simple,easy and traditional breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup dosa batter
  2. 1Tbsp of suji
  3. 1Tspgrated ginger
  4. 1/4cup of chopped onion
  5. 1Tsp of grated green chilli
  6. Few curry leaves
  7. Pinch of baking soda
  8. Salt as needed
  9. Oil for frying


  1. Combine all the above ingredients except oil.Mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  3. Take a table spoon or hand of batter in the hot oil.
  4. Turn the fritters as they change colour.
  5. Fry both sides are golden colour and crispy.
  6. Fritters are ready.
  7. Serve fritters with chutny.
