ABOUT Aflatoon Chicken Wrap RECIPE

It looks like aflatoon and superb cheesy with less frying.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm chicken, diced
  2. 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  3. 50 gms cheese
  4. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  5. 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Pinch of red colour
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients.
  2. Cut foil paper into 4 inch into 4 inch. Place the chicken, capsicum and cheese into foil paper. Fold it in aflatoon style.
  3. Deep fry in oil for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.

seems tasty n easy too.....does it has to b fried with foil paper??
