ABOUT Veg Chowmein RECIPE

Chowmin is a stir fried noodles.it is very popular breakfast dish. Often we use chicken to make chicken chowmin, egg to make egg chowmin and mix vegetable to make veg chowmin.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. to make noodles
  2. whole wheat noodles packet 200 grams
  3. water 1 litre
  4. salt 1/2 teaspoon
  5. White oil 2 table spoon
  6. vegetables we need
  7. chopped potato 1 cup
  8. chopped carrot 1 cup
  9. chopped beans 1 cup
  10. green pea 1/2 cup
  11. chopped cauliflower 1 cup
  12. Other ingredients
  13. chopped ginger 1 tablespoon
  14. chopped green chilli 1 tablespoon
  15. salt as per taste
  16. soya sauce 2 tbsp
  17. roasted cumin powder 1 tablespoon
  18. white oil as needed

Instructions

  1. cook noodles according to the package instruction.
  2. drain the excess water and rinse in running water.
  3. now toss the noodle with salt and white oil. keep aside
  4. in a big Pan hit enough white oil.
  5. fry all veggies including ginger and green chili.
  6. add salt, cumin powder and soya sauce.
  7. after mixing all ingredients very well and cooked noodles.
  8. stair gently in low flame.
  9. turn off flame and serve hot with cucumber and tomato sauce.
