This authentic pickle recipe is my mom's recipe very delicious

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Onions medium size 1 kilograms
  2. Mustard oil 250 mililitre
  3. Salt 2 teaspoons
  4. Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons
  5. Red pepper powder 2 teaspoons
  6. Onion seeds 1 teaspoon
  7. Mustard seeds powder 2 teaspoons
  8. Fennel seeds powder 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions
  2. Slit in between all onions
  3. Keep in sunlight for a full day
  4. Now mix all the spices in a bowl
  5. Add half of the oil in spices
  6. Fill this spices mix in each slitted onion
  7. Keep them in an airtight jar
  8. Keep in sunlight for 3..4 days
  9. Then eat with chapati or paranthe
