This chutney is very tasty and lots of happy with serving to eating

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 raw tomato
  2. 2 chopped green chilli
  3. 1/2 chopped onion
  4. 2 tbsp Roasted and removed skin of peanut
  5. Small Ball size tamarind
  6. 1 tsp jaggery
  7. 1/4 cup coriander leaves,
  8. 2 tbsp of grated coconut
  9. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  12. 1 inch ginger
  13. 1/4 cup water
  14. For tempering
  15. 1 tsp oil
  16. Mustard seeds
  17. few curry leaves
  18. Dried red chilli


  1. Firstly Preparing all the ingredients in a plate.
  2. Full complete Burn the tomato on gas flame.
  3. After burning on the tomato put some water because it cool fastly
  4. Then remove the skin of burning tomato with the help of spoon or knife.and chopped like cubes
  5. In a grinder add all maintioned above ingredients with tomato . While grinding add 1/4 cup of water or required more water , then grind coarsed.
  6. For tempering add oil splitter mustard seeds, dried red chilli and few Curry leaves.off the flame. Add pinch of chilli powder mix well. Pour on the grinded chutney.
  7. Finally serve raw Tomato chutney.
