Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup of roasted peanut(ground nut)
  2. 1 tsp jaggery
  3. Red chilli powder (according to your taste)
  4. 1 tsp cumin powder
  5. Pinch of hing
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 to 3 garlic cloves
  8. 1 tsp oil
  9. Small size Tamarind


  1. Take a pan and roast the peanuts in low to medium flame.
  2. Next add oil tamarind and garlic fry till garlic changes golden brown colour.
  3. Cooled all frying ingredients and add chilli powder, salt, Jaggery, hing,and cumin powder then grind coarsely.
  4. Finally peanut or ground nut chutney is ready to serve
