ABOUT Tossed vegetable salad RECIPE

Broccoli lettuce cucumber cerry tomatoes carrots - all tossed in olive oil soya sauce , seasoning ,then mixed with lemon pepper honey dressing.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Broccoli pieces cooked 1 cup
  2. Capsicum diced 1 cup
  3. English cucumber diced 1 cup and sliced 1/2 cup
  4. Carrots sliced 1 cup
  5. Cerry tomatoes 8
  6. Lettuce roughly chopped 1 cup
  7. Green cilli finely chopped 2
  8. Onion rings of 1 onion
  9. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  10. Lemon juice 4 teaspoon
  11. Honey 2 tablespoon
  12. Olive oil ( extra virgin) 2 tablespoon
  13. Freshly crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon
  14. Black salt as per taste
  15. All purpose seasoning 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan toss cooked broccoli, capsicum, diced cucumber ,carrots, cherry tomatoes in olive oil.
  2. Add soya sauce , green cilli
  3. Add chopped lettuce and mix once
  4. Now remove from heat and take all vegetables in a mixing bowl
  5. Add onion rings, sliced cucumbers and mix
  6. Then add lemon juice, black pepper, black salt snd mix
  7. Mix honey. Sprinkle all all per purpose seasoning.
