ABOUT Cheese Cookies RECIPE

Crispy, cheesy and creamy cookies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Thin crispy cookies 10-12
  2. Opaque balls 1 hand full
  3. Milk 1/2 litre
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Cashew nut paste 2 tbsp
  6. Cheese 1 cup
  7. Rose water 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak opaque ball 1 hour before.
  2. Take a sauce pan add milk and soaked balls.
  3. Cook till balls become soft and fluffy.
  4. Add sugar and cashew nut paste.
  5. Add rose water and switch off the flame. Let cool.
  6. Add cheese and mix well.
  7. Take all cookies garnish with sweet cheese.
  8. Serve cool.
