Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup soaked sprouts
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1 cup fresh spinach
  4. 1 cucumber
  5. 1/2 cup moong
  6. 1 chopped tomato
  7. 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. Take veggie wash n cut properly no need to peel .
  2. Now transfer in bowl add sprouts and moong .
  3. Now add salt n black pepper spread some cinnamon powder .
  4. Enjoy ur healthy salad.
