ABOUT BEETROOT BASUNDI RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Grated Beetroot 3 Tablespoon
  2. 100 ml full cream milk
  3. 50 ml Amul milkmaid
  4. 1/2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  5. 1/2 tbsp gulkhand
  6. 1/8 tsp Nutmug and cardamom powder
  7. 2 to 3 finely chopped cashew nuts
  8. 2 to 3 finely chopped Almonds
  9. 2 to 3 kismis
  10. 2 to 3 finely chopped pistachio

Instructions

  1. Heat the kadhai and add grated beetroot ,sugar ,condesed milk gulkhand and milk together. Now keep on stiring it for medium to low....and again low to medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes....till it becomes thicken in texture....
  2. Now off the gas and add Nutmug and cardamom powder and all dry fruits in it.Now put this basundi in freeze to cool.Finally take it out after 2 to 3 hours and enjoy this
