Ingredients: Cucumber of medium size 2nos.; Onion slices 1/4cup.; Crushed garlic 1/2tea spoon.; Pea /2cup.; Cream 1/2cup.; Salt to taste.; Bay leaf 1no.; Black pepper powder 1/4tea spoon.

A cool and refreshing soup.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Cucumber of medium size 2nos.
Onion slices 1/4cup.
Crushed garlic 1/2tea spoon.
Pea /2cup.
Cream 1/2cup.
Salt to taste.
Bay leaf 1no.
Black pepper powder 1/4tea spoon.

Instructions

Take all the ingredients in a pan ,add 2 cup water and cook on medium flame for 5minutes.
After 5 minutes ,put off flame.Discard bay leaf and blend the mixture to a smoothy texture.
Again put into the pan and boil.Add some water to your desired consistency.
Serve hot with a dallop of cream.
