ABOUT pan fried noodles RECIPE

It’s a hot vegetable gravy that can be served with noodles or rice.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 green bell pepper
  2. 1 red bell pepper
  3. 1 yellow bell pepper
  4. 1 packet mushroom
  5. 1 packet babycorn
  6. 250g spring onions
  7. 1 whole broccoli
  8. ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  9. cornflour 2 tablespoon
  10. soya sauce 3 tablespoon
  11. vinegar 3 tablespoon
  12. green chilli sauce 2 tablespoon
  13. salt and pepper to taste
  14. oil 2 tablespoon
  15. 2 packets noodle

Instructions

  1. heat the pan and add oil
  2. add onion, ginger and garlic paste. Give it a stir.
  3. add all the cut vegetables to it and give it a stir.
  4. add soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce and salt and pepper. Give it a good stir.
  5. add 3 cups of boiling water. Wait for one boil to come.
  6. after the gravy starts boiling add cornflour paste.
  7. wait for the gravy to thicken.
  8. then boil the noodles. Boil the noodles by adding 1 tablespoon oil and a pinch of salt.
  9. serve hot.
