Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 125 gm maida
  2. Salt a pinch,
  3. 2-3 tbsp nutella
  4. 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
  5. Baking powder a pinch
  6. Baking soda a pinch
  7. 1 tbsp butter
  8. 1 to 2 tbsp milk optional
  9. White chocochips for decoration


  1. Sieve the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda 2-3 times
  2. Mix the Nutella, butter and sugar till it turns into a smooth paste
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the Nutella mixture and mix well to form a soft dough
  4. You can add little more butter or a spoon of milk in case the mixture is too dry
  5. Fill the dough in a piping bag attached with Wilton 1M nozzle.
  6. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 160-170 degree celsius for atleast 10 minutes.
  7. Line a baking tray or sheet with parchment paper and keep it ready.
  8. Pipe out rossettes on the baking sheet and decorate it with a white chocochip.
  9. Bake these rossettes cookies for 12-15 minutes or till it looks fully baked
  10. Remove from the oven and let these cookies remain in the baking tray for 4-5 minutes.
  11. Transfer the cookies on to a cooling rack and let it cool fully
  12. Though these will be soft while out of oven, but eventually it will harden on cooling.Store them in airtight containers
