  1. Sprouts 80gms
  2. Mint leaves 1 cup
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Ginger pieces 4
  5. Garam flore 80gms
  6. Curd half cup
  7. Baking soda half tsp
  8. Salt 1tsp
  9. Lemon juice 1tsp
  10. Eno 1 packet
  11. For tadaka..2 tsp oil
  12. 1tsp mustard seeds
  13. Pinch asfoeteda
  14. Curry leaves few
  15. Turmeric powder half tsp
  16. Sugar 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put sprouts,mint leaves,chillies,gingger on a bowl
  2. Transfer to blender make fine paste
  3. Transfer to the paste into a bowl put besan,salt,soda,turmeric,lemon juice,curd
  4. Well mix up rest at half an hour
  5. After that add eno mix well
  6. Transfer to the deep plate .. steam at 20mins
  7. Then cut by slices
  8. Heat the pan pour oil add mustard seeds when it's splits add curry leave s,asfoeteda,chillies,
  9. Pour water on tadaka half cup keep boil add sugar ..this tadaka garnish on dokhla
