Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fine samolina 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee 1 & 1/2 cup
  4. Powered sugar 3/4 cup
  5. Edible gum 1/2 cup
  6. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 cup
  7. Dry grated coconut 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped almonds, cashew 1 cup
  9. Dry dates powder 1/2 cup
  10. Cardomom powder 1 tsp
  11. Ginger powder 1 tsp
  12. Haleem 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan roast fenugreek seeds and grind coarsely.
  2. Grind Cashew and Almonds coarsely. keep aside.
  3. Grated dry coconut roast on low flame for 2 minutes, then keep it in a plate. Crush it with hands.
  4. Roast grinded dry dates powder and haleem
  5. In a pan heat the half cup ghee and fry edible gum, take it out in a plate. Press the edible gum with a rolling pit to break it.
  6. In same pan, heat 1/2 cup ghee, stir and roast wheat flour well on low flame till it is golden brown. Flour is roasted in 20 minutes. keep aside.
  7. Heat up 1/2 cup of ghee in a pan, add semolina and roast until it change the colour lightly this should take 15-20 minutes. Stir continuously. (Fry the samolina till you get a nice aroma.)
  8. in a big plate, mix all roasted ingredients, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder, Ginger powder
  9. mix well and bind them into small balls.
  10. Ready to eat fenugreek ladoo.
