Honey chilli mushrooms

Ingredients to make Honey chilli mushrooms

  • mushrooms 250 gram
  • oil for frying
  • cornflour 3 tablespoons
  • salt to taste
  • Seasmae seeds 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli sauce 2 tablespoons
  • tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • onion 2 pieces
  • capsicum 2 tablespoons

How to make Honey chilli mushrooms

  1. Wash and chopped mushrooms in halves
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cornflour over them
  3. Sprinkle some salt also
  4. Deep fry them
  5. Keep aside
  6. In a pan heat 1 tablespoon oil
  7. Add seasmae seeds
  8. Add chopped onions and capsicum
  9. Add all the sauces
  10. Add fried mushrooms
  11. Add salt and pepper powder
  12. Add remaining cornflour dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  13. Cook for 2...3 minutes
  14. Turn off the flame
  15. Serve hot
