Green Chicken Roast

Ingredients to make Green Chicken Roast

  • chicken -10-15 pieces
  • salt as per taste
  • garlic pod-1medium
  • ginger -1 inch
  • green chillies - 4
  • pepper corn - 10-12
  • Garam masala powder (homemade)- 1 tbsp
  • chicken masala power - 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala powder -1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves-handful
  • cumin seed-1tsp
  • lemon-1 medium size
  • butter -1 packet
  • turmeric powder-1tbsp
  • Tandoori masala powder -1tbsp

How to make Green Chicken Roast

  1. Clean and wash the chicken and make the cuts on it, apply salt and turmeric powder on it and set aside for 10 mins.
  2. Grind pepper corn, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies and make a thick paste of it.
  3. Then apply the above paste and keep it again for 15 mins.
  4. Take a pan add 3 tbsp of butter and fry the chicken on both sides, if necessary add the paste on chicken again and fry till brown. Sprinkle chaat masala and tandoori powder on top garnish with onion rings serve hot with ketchup.

My Tip:

You can also grill it on griller or bake in the oven.
