Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato- 2- medium
  2. Egg- 2- number
  3. Red chilli powder- 1- tsp
  4. Black pepper powder- 1- a pinch
  5. Salt- 1- for taste
  6. Oil/Butter- 1- tbsp


  1. First peel and chop potatoes in small cubes and wash it off in water. Then in a pan add oil / butter and heat it. Now add potatoes and fry it for about 5 minutes (till it gets cooked/soft. If you love sausage then you can cut it and add them too)
  2. Next add chilli powder, pepper powder and salt saute it well.
  3. Now in a bowl beat 2 eggs well and pour the egg mixture over potatoes and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Once the bottom side is cooked, to cook the other side, use a plastic plate and place on top of pan, turn the pan and put back omelette to pan to cook other side for 5 more minutes.
  5. Now spanish omelette is ready to serve.
