ABOUT Napoletana Pasta RECIPE

Pasta cooked with tomato, garlic and coriander sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pasta of your choice - 1 cup
  2. 4 tomato's blanched
  3. 1-2 Garlic cloves
  4. Coriander - 1/4 cup
  5. Olive oil
  6. Oregano or mixed herbs

Instructions

  1. For boiling pasta in a pan take water add salt and olive oil and let it boil. When the water in pan is hot enough put pasta and let it boil till al dante. Drain the pasta and put some oil on it and keep aside.
  2. For sauce: blanch your tomatoes and chop them.
  3. In a pan heat olive oil and saute garlic till it changes color , add pureed or chopped blanched tomatoes and cook well.
  4. Add little salt sugar red chilli flakes and coriader and cook well.
  5. Blend this mixture and cook for some more time adding fresh cream.
  6. Add boiled pasta, cheese and mixed herb and serve hot.
