Ingredients to make Cookie Butter Cups

  • For cookie butter:
  • 2 and 1/4 cups (280 gm) Oreos cookie crumbs (30 Oreos roughly)
  • 1/4 cup, stick (60 gm) butter
  • 1/4 cup (128 gm) evaporated milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • For cookie butter cups:
  • 100 gm Oreo cookie butter
  • 100 gm white chocolate

How to make Cookie Butter Cups

  1. For cookie butter:
  2. Remove the filling in your cookies In a food processor pulse your cookies until they resemble fine crumbs.
  3. Add in your melted butter and evaporated milk and pulse until it comes together.
  4. If your butter is thin, add more cookie crumbs as you want it thick.
  5. Store in a jar for up to 6 weeks in the fridge.
  6. For Cookie Butter Cups:
  7. Melt your chocolate chips in a separate heatproof, microwaveable bowl. Spoon some melted chocolate into each cupcake liner.
  8. Spread the chocolate evenly in cupcake liner. Place these cups in fridge to set.
  9. When it is set, add cookie butter and flatten it lightly.
  10. Pour remaining chocolate over the top. To create an even top gently shake the pan on a flat surface or tap.
  11. Place the cookie butter cups into the refrigerator to chill for 15-20 mins or until the cups are set. Eat cold or bring to room temperature.

My Tip:

You can substitute regular milk for evaporated milk. For vegan/ dairy free Cookie butter you can use Nut Milk. These cups can be made with any type of chocolate!
