ABOUT Wheat Flour Laddu with Oats RECIPE

Both wheat and oats are good for consumption in winter. I have rolled the laddus in oats to make them more crispy. This recipe was shared by a friend.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Ghee 1/4 cup
  3. Granulated sugar 3/4 cup
  4. Oats 2 tbsp
  5. Oil for frying


  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast wheat flour
  2. When aromatic add sugar and mix well
  3. when slightly cooled grease your hands and roll laddus
  4. Deep fry oats in oil and remove on a tissue paper
  5. Roll the laddus in oats
