ABOUT Cheese burger soup RECIPE

This yummy and creamy cheese burger soup is a perfect dinner for a winter or rainy day.It can be served with bread or salad or sandwich or whatever you like and is an healthier version comparing to burger and fries.Instead of beef i have used lean chicken meat in this soup

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Grounded chicken 250grms
  2. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Celery chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Carrots julienned 1/2 cup
  5. Red bell pepper diced 1/2 cup
  6. Dried basil, parsley,oregano each 1/2tsp
  7. Butter 2 tbsp
  8. Maida 2tbsp
  9. Potatos cubed 2 cups
  10. Chicken broth 1&1/2cups
  11. Coriander leaves to decorate
  12. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  13. Milk 3/4 cup
  14. Cheddar cheese+ mozarella 1 cup shredded

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil, ground chicken and onion and cook on high heat
  2. Add celery,capsicum, saute for a minute ,then add carrots,potatoes.add the dried herbs and mix well
  3. Now add chicken broth and cook until vegetables are cooked
  4. In another pan,add butter,maida and cook .then add milk and boil until thickens.add pepper and salt
  5. Now add maida mixture to the vegetable mixture and cook .add the cheese and let it melt.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
