Ingredients to make Crispy till chikki

  • 200gram till (white sesame seeds )
  • 500 gram sugar
  • 1cup water
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • To set the chikii greased thali or Tray

How to make Crispy till chikki

  1. Dissolve sugar In the water Over low heat.
  2. When dissolved, increase the heat and let it come to a boil.
  3. Cook till the syrup when dropped In a cup of cold water,forms a hard lumps.
  4. Stir in the til and cook for another2 minutes or so and remove from heat.
  5. Mix in the soda and pour the mixture Into the prepared dish.
  6. Leave to set a thin layers. Store and have Whrnever u want
