Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup peanutd
  2. 1/4 cup white seasme seeds
  3. 1 cup shredded jaggery
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. 1/2 spoon clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds in a wok and take out in a plate
  2. Dry roast peanuts and takeout in another plate
  3. Seprate peanuts skin by rubbing between palms
  4. Break peanuts in 2 parts
  5. Add water and jaggery in a wok and cook until the jaggery melts
  6. Add sesame and peanuts and stir continuously until the mixture thickens
  7. Grease the plate with clarified butter and pour the mixture on it
  8. Spread evenly and make cuts with knife
  9. When the chilli is set takeout from plate
