Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup cubed potatoes
  2. 1 finely chopped tomato
  3. 2 cup finely chopped spinach
  4. 1/2 cup peas
  5. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  6. 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 3 spoon oil
  8. 3/4 spoon salt
  9. 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  10. 3/4 spoon coriander powder
  11. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  12. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  13. 1 pinch cumin seeds
  14. 2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds and green chilli
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add tomato and ginger garlic paste
  4. Cook until tomato soften
  5. Add peas and spinach leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes
  6. Add salt and other spices and cook for 2 minutes
  7. Add water and cover with lid
  8. Stir occasionally until the the potato cooked completely
  9. Serve with chapati.
