These Tahini oats balls are very healthy, keeps u warm and active throughout winter without adding calories in your diet . It regulates your blood sugar too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Oats
  2. 1/2cup chopped almond,pistatio and walnuts
  3. 1/4cup rasins
  4. 1/4cups chirongi
  5. 1/4cup flex seeds
  6. 3 tablespoon Tahini
  7. 1/2cups mixed seeds (chia ,pumpkin , sunflower )
  8. 2 cups chopped jaggery
  9. 1/2cup desiccated coconut
  10. 1tsp Cinnamon
  11. 1pinch salt
  12. 2 tbsp ghee


  1. Take a nonstick pan and dry roast oats in it for 5 minutes .
  2. Dry roast all dry fruits in the same pan
  3. Crackle flex seeds
  4. Keep aside all roasted ingredientes for cooling
  5. After cooling grind oats and flex seeds together
  6. Grind all seeds coarsely.
  7. Heat pan add ghee and jaggery together on low flame
  8. Add 1/8 cup water in it .
  9. Let it be boiling
  10. Make a syrup of jaggery .
  11. Take a big wide bowl add all dry ingredients ,Tahini paste and pour jaggery syrup over it .
  12. Mix well and make lemon size balls.
  13. Keep them in air tight container.
  14. Enjoy winter .
