As here is winter and lots of veggies are available so I thought to make something diferent type of ladoos. So I havd tried for this delocious ladoos in which I have used cauliflower,carrot and beet roots.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chopped cauliflower florets-1.5 cup
  2. Chopped carrots-1 cup
  3. Chopped beet root-1/2 cup
  4. Mawa-1/2 cup
  5. Condensed milk-1 cup
  6. cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
  7. Desicated coconut-2 tsp
  8. Ghee-5tsp
  9. Chopped cashew nuts and raisins-2 tsp


  1. Grind cauliflower, carrot and beet root separately to make paste.
  2. Crumble the mawa.
  3. In a pan put 3 tsp of ghee in it and add the cauliflower paste and mawa and saute it for sometime and then add half of the condensed milk and mix it well. Continuously stir it and then add half of the cardamom powder in it and mix it well and keep aside when they become dry and the smell of cauliflower has gone.
  4. Then put 1 tsp of ghee and saute the carrot paste with condensed milk and cardamom powder and repeat the process for beet root also.
  5. Let them cool completely.
  6. Then make small balls of beet root, slight bigger size balls of carrot and atlast biggest size balls of cauliflower.
  7. Then place splinted cashew and raisins inside the beet root balls.
  8. Then place the beet root balls in the carrot balls and carrot ball inside the cauliflower balls.
  9. Sprinkle some dessicated coconut over it and the laddoos are now ready to serve.
