Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. 1/4 cup molasses
  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  4. 2 tbsp melted butter
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder
  6. 1 tsp dry ginger powder
  7. 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  8. 1-2 cloves crushed
  9. 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  10. About 1 and half cup full fat milk
  11. 7-8 marshmallows
  12. oil for cooking
  13. Some sweet sprinkle for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First in a big bowl ,add wheat flour ,molasses ,brown sugar ,dry ginger powder ,nutmeg powder , cinnamon powder ,crushed cloves ,baking powder and melted butter . Mix all ingredients well .
  2. Now in a pot add milk and heat it until hot .
  3. Now add hot milk into dry Ingredients and mix all ingredients well and make thick batter .
  4. Now grease waffle maker properly and preheat it .Pour 1 tbsp batter on waffle maker and cover it .Cook until done .Ginger bread waffle is ready .Repeat this process with remaining batter .
  5. Take a baking tray and line this with aluminium foil .Now put marshmallows in it and broil it for 2 minute into oven. Caramelised marshmallows are ready .
  6. For serving - take one waffle topped it with sweet sprinkle and caramelised marshmallows . Enjoy .
