Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup quick rolling oats
  2. 1/2 cup suji/rava
  3. 1 1/2 cup curd
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 2 tbsp oregano
  6. 1 TBSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
  7. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  8. 1 cup chopped onion
  9. 1/2 cup chopped green capsicum
  10. 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
  11. 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
  12. 1 tbsp olive oil
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add oats, rava,curd, salt and oregano to a mixing bowl and mix well. Let tge batter set for 15 mins
  2. Now add water to the batter to reach a flowy consistency
  3. Heat a non stick pan and greas some olive oil
  4. Spread the batter in a circular motion and create a thin layer
  5. Once one side of the batter is done, flip to the other side.
  6. Spread pizza sauce and arrange the veggies. You can use any pizza topping you like.
  7. Sprinkle some grated cheese and cover it with a lid for 2 mins
  8. Once the cheese melts, remove it from the pan.
  9. Cut the pizza in triangles and serve hot.
