Ingredients to make Pasta Independence

  • 200 grams spiral pasta Delmont
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 250 grams tomatoes
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 6 pieces of mushrooms
  • 2 tblspn pepper cheese spread
  • 1 onion medium size
  • 1 tspn ginger Garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tblspn red chilli sauce
  • 1 tblspn tomato ketchup
  • Oregano to sprinlke
  • 1 tblspn butter
  • 1 tblspn oil
  • 1 bunch of lettuce leaves

How to make Pasta Independence

  1. Boil the pasta with a little oil and salt.
  2. Boil eggs (hard boiled).
  3. Boil whole spinach leaves drain water and cool.
  4. Clean the mushrooms and scoop out the stems.
  5. Wash the lettuce leaves, dab and keep aside.
  6. Grate tomatoes
  7. Heat oil in a pan and add tomatoes grated.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste.
  9. Add salt, stir well till tomatoes leave oil.
  10. Now add the chilli sauce and tomato ketchup mix well.
  11. Add boiled pasta mix well and keep aside.
  12. Heat butter saut mushrooms.
  13. Arrange the dish now, place the boil spinach in the center.
  14. Peel cut boiled eggs place around and on spinach.
  15. Fill in pasta in all corners empty.
  16. Place mushrooms on eggs and on sides.
  17. Sprinkle oregano and salt to taste.
  18. Into the mushrooms hollows drop the beaten cheese spread as required.
  19. Garnish with lettuce leaves around.
