Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice soaked 1cup
  2. Chopped 1 onion medium sized
  3. Chopped tomato 1 medium sized
  4. Carrot diced half cup
  5. Potato diced half cup
  6. French beans half cup pieces
  7. Green peas 1cup
  8. Garlic cloves 1tsp
  9. Tamarind juice 1cup
  10. Cooked sambar dal 1cup
  11. Coriander leaves 1cup
  12. Curry leaves half cup
  13. For main course powder::
  14. 1tsp idly dal
  15. 1tsp chana dal
  16. 4 red chilli
  17. Daniya seeds 1tsp
  18. Sesamon seeds 1tsp
  19. Dri coconut 1tsp
  20. Pepper half tsp
  21. Seasoning::1tsp salt
  22. 1tsp chilli powder
  23. Half tsp turmeric powder
  24. Pinch asfoeteda
  25. 3tsp oil
  26. Half cup ghee
  27. Tadaka::2 red chilli
  28. 1tsp cumin seeds
  29. 1tsp mustard seeds
  30. Kaju for garnish
  31. Fried papads 2

Instructions

  1. Let's start the process...for main course powder heat a fring pan put daniya
  2. Seeds,chana,urad dal,sesamon seeds,coconut,pepper keep fri once it turns colour transfer to mixer jar make fine powder
  3. This is main course powder ,it enrich the taste
  4. Heat a thick cadai pour oil put garlic crush keep fri then add onion,chilli
  5. Once onion becomes transparent then add tomato,keep statue then add carrot,beans,potato pieces keep fri
  6. Then put green peas keep mix up once veggeis should soften
  7. Then add coriander mix up put cooked rice,cooked dal pour tamarind juice
  8. Mix well add seasoning salt,chilli powder,turmeric already prepared bisi bele powder add 2 tsp of powder
  9. Mix well once it forms nice texture mean while heat another cadai pour ghee add red chilli,cumin, mustard seeds,curry leaves,asfoeteda on it this tadaka add to rice mix well
  10. Take a serving plate put rice garnish with crush papad pieces,kaju serve hot
  11. Ready to serve
