Ingredients to make Louki ka jaadoo

  • 1.Bottleguard skin
  • 2.Corriender leaves and roots
  • 3.salt as per taste
  • 4.sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  • 5.Mustered oil 2 tablespoons
  • 6.onion seed 1/2 teaspoon
  • 7.Green chilli 4

How to make Louki ka jaadoo

  1. 1.cut bottleguard skin into small pieces and wash it. 2.cut corriender roots and leaves into small pieces 3.per boli the bottleguard skin 4.in a mixer jar put corriender roots and leaves,bottleguard skin,green chhili,salt ,sugar and mix them well 5.hit oil in a pan put onion seed for tempering then add the mixture .mix it well. 6.taste the seasoning 7.when oil coming out from sides..its done 8.serve hot with white rice
