Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 chicken leg and thigh pieces
  2. 1tsp soy sauce
  3. 1tsp vinegar
  4. 3tsp honey
  5. 1/2tbsp garlic paste
  6. Steamed veggies(carrots, French beans)
  7. 2tsp lemon juice
  8. 2tbsp Olive oil
  9. 1tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with 1/2tbsp salt,pepper powder,1tbsp garlic paste,lemon juice and keep for 8 hours or. Overnight.
  2. Heat oil in a nonstick fry pan.Add the marinated chicken and fry on high flame for sometime.
  3. Reduce flame and add the remaining garlic paste,pepper powder,soy sauce, vinegar,1/2tbsp salt and stir.Add little water and cook covered till chicken pieces are cooked.
  4. At last drizzle honey and mix and remove from fire.
  5. Serve with steamed veggies of your choice.
