ABOUT Seviyan RECIPE

Seviyan cooked in milk. Simple and sweet. A must have sweet in Rakhi.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup seviyan (roasted)
  2. 3 cups of milk
  3. 1/3 cup of sugar
  4. Chopped dry fruits
  5. 2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, boil seviyan for 2-3 minutes in water.
  2. Drain the water, take a pan, add milk and seviyan.
  3. Let it come to a rolling boil, add the sugar.
  4. Keep boiling and stirring in between for about 10 minutes or till the milk thickens a bit.
  5. Add chopped dry fruits and serve hot or chilled.
