Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 11/2 cup boiled noodles
  2. 2 nos eggs
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 2 tbsp maida
  5. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp crushed pepper
  8. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  9. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  10. 1/4 Cup chopped beans
  11. 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
  12. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  13. 1 tbep chopped ginger
  14. 1 tbep chopped green chillies


  1. Beat the eggs with salt, milk and maida.
  2. Add all the chopped vegetables and boiled noodles in the beaten egg mixture. Add pepper powder and soya sauce.
  3. Keep 5 minutes for marination.
  4. Heat tawa and brush oil . Put two ladle full of mixture and spread it like small chapati. Cover it with lid and cook for 2 minutes on the low flame.
  5. Remove the lid and flip the pan cake and fry the other side too.
  6. Healthy and tasty noodles pan cake serve hot with sauce.
