ABOUT Cute mashroom burgers RECIPE

Cute little burgers for kids made of healthy mushrooms stuffed with cheese, bell pepers and seasonings with potato, cherry tomato and fresh basil.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Button mushrooms 18 ( choose big size)
  2. Boiled potato 1 medium size cut into 8 slices
  3. Cherry tomatoes 4 halves
  4. Fresh basil leaves 8
  5. Shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup
  6. Red and yellow bell pepers finely chopped 2 tablespoon
  7. Finely chopped 1 green cilli ( optional)
  8. Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Mix herbs 3/4 teaspoon
  10. Salt and pepper for seasoning
  11. Sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Butter 2 teaspoon and little more for greasing

Instructions

  1. Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Take the cap portion only brush with butter and season with salt and pepper
  2. In a mixing bowl mix mozzarella cheese with chopped bell pepers, green cilli ( optional), mix herbs, Italian seasoning, and pepper and make the stuffing.
  3. Now pour it into the all mushrooms caps . Arrange on a greased baking tray.
  4. Now back at 190°C for 10 minutes in a preheated oven
  5. Let them get room temperature. Then take 2 stuffed mashrooms for each burger.
  6. First take a stuffed mashroom put a slice of potato, a fresh basil leaf and a piece of cherry tomato on it, season with little salt if needed then invert another stuffed mushroom on it like a burger bun.
  7. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Bake it again for 10-12 minutes at 190°C in preheated oven
  9. Serve this cute little mushroom burgers hot as snack or starter.
